They have now a new front office clerk: super friendly, kind and professional. It’s about time because they were overwhelmed with answering calls, making appointments while grooming etc. I do not like the other grooming lady: too rough with the dogs. Prices: reasonable. Timing: they need to work on it a little bit more to get better. Sometime on time and sometimes way off.”
